Flock Production : Very difficult Job while you are in the problem...

We started a Flock production since 12.02.08 it's order quantity 33,000 pcs.Yesterday first I was informed about the problem arises during the production.'Grey flock' was being printed on off white fabric.Ya, the problem is after 2 hour starting of the production 'Flock' powder was not properly printed on the print; apparently it shows that it prints but while the fabric is shaken after the print, loose flock powder goes away ; as a result print got rough .i.e. somewhere is available flock and somewhere not.....................I'm astonished same flock powder which was showing good behavior a little early; now how and why they changed their characteristic I don't know.

However my job is to solve the problem arises during the production.It's 100% true I would have to do nothing if Allah SWAT had not helped me.HE is the only ONE while I find no other way helps me.

Anyway, to do good 'FOIL' production. You need to give priority fist.Priority order is...............

1.Flock powder.
2.Mess count.
3.Flock paste.
4.Keep your eye on the powder so that it doesn't get dirty during production.
