My one of local brother came from Pakistan; he went there for to spend some time in the path of Allah.He came back Bangladesh after 4 months. Pakistan have some elders who are very dedicated for work of Islam.

I came back home from 3 days

Today I came back home from 3 days; my wife was with me.We both went .......................in one place of Dhaka city with altogether other 7 pairs. However it was my first time in life which for I had intention while I was not married.

I'm in the 3 days ...............................

This is my first time in my life my wife and me both are in 3 days into the path of Allah.With the mercy of Allah.Allah does everything; HE did it.Because without His mercy nobody can do good deeds ....................................... So, I'm very grateful to Him as He gives us a chance.

Most Probable Bangladesh cricket team is going to loss the series with ......Ireland.This is prediction.I have great experience to my beloved team.As I am a well wisher of Bangladesh team but how long we can be dishonored as supporter. We don't want we'll win all the time;we want only good play.And I never think Ireland will lost the match and Bangladesh will Win ; Bangladesh might win a match accidentally but it never happens each time. What we see with the big team.Our batsman are the worst batsman of the world.And bowler is better batsman than our so called Batsman.Our batsman's average is the greatest average of the world!!! We can't say they are inexperienced; but South African teams many players were more inexperienced than Bangladesh team.If we count as much played International match he is experienced; then why our captain don't get run.He has already played more than 100 match.Actually we are made a team with some most dull student; most dull player of the world.I feel sorry for those coach who became the coacher of Bangladesh cricket team; specially present cricket team.If students get most gobbet then what can do their teacher.Bangladesh coach will not go for playing he just show and tell how to do? But he will not play; Our players going into the pitch they forgot everything; they always think when can they back to the pavilion, because their money already into the pocket (.i.e. going to get the money as he playing the match), so he kept thinking how he will spend the money; where will he go for shopping? kept thinking about buying flat, car etc. ......................kept thinking like this and suddenly absence of mind lost the wicket.Bangladeshi cricket player love the money not love the cricket; even if they would have archive a personal record in the bowling, batting & fielding; then too Bangladesh would have got something.They kept thinking I've played the match so I'll get 1 lakh or 50,000 thousand taka from this match ..............according to their label and monthly salary left .So what if Bangladesh lost the game.

Bangladeshi cricket team never plays for their country; they play for money.To make money by dishonoring his motherland in this brutal way.I'll never say Bangladesh doesn't have good player .Of course has; we have to find out real player who loves their country, not love only money.We have to find out it ..............................................Bangladesh has many learned people they can give good advice.

Our journalists have some duty to save Bangladesh cricket.I'll request them not to feature about them exaggerating news, after they made win are make a personal achievements in a match.Please try to find out where they made mistakes and what's to do, if u have any suggestion.If a player made only a fifty and rare 100 then our journalists write such exaggerating news ................like his batting like Tendulkar or Lara. And that pushes them to play bad next 10 to 15 match.That news push them up to the sky.And they starts to fly without wing; they forget they have no wing so they fall down in their performance for next 6 month, no 50 or rare 100.So, my request to my journalist brother pls never take them to the sky.It's bad for Bangladesh Cricket.

N:B. I want to finish my writing after saying a joke about Bangladeshi Batsman;while Our players bats first and lost early wicket then you'll guess that he has come to bat without having breakfast; so he is so hurry to the pavilion.If some of them can do 10 run then guess that he has scored 50, and if he can do 50 then it's more than 100; and if he can exceed 70 or 80 then it's like 200.They get much satisfied with small run that means he'll not going to be out from the next match.That means more money.More dream...............................

Perfume making way

Today I had holiday and went Mitford with my local elder brother.As he wants to make a new business; that's called 'Atar' or prefume business. He just wants to seel it in local market and export in middleeast if he gets suitable chance. However he requests me as I know chemicals.

Anyway, there are many perfume all most all of them come from abroad ....i.e. like France,Spain,Switzeralnd etc.And those perfumes are sold by name .............Kacha belly,Rajanigandha,magnet,supaia,safari,supreme,poison,fawake etc.But their seller will want price to you very randomly .................like ................price hike.....not normal price.What they can take from others that's their benefit.Their also have some dilution chemical which by you'll be able

Problem with a production chemical

Problem with a production(Discharge Printing) chemical; we bought some pastes about 100 kg from our supplier.They gave that what we wanted and label said so.But while it opened it's found that proper chemical didn't come.You see, it's the time for production color making.In this moment this situation arises that means production will be hampered tremendously.

However today we sent those 5 buckets again to the suppliers and there also opened newer bucket and found same problem.i.e. label same ..........................................but chemical different.And without this chemical we can't continue production.

Flocking : One kind of Screen Printing Work; which I don't like almost. Actually it's for there are many health hazardous possibility during flock production. The person who print by flock powder he/she should use special dress to protect them from that very fine powder.They are 100% possibility to enter those powder into lungs from the nose.

Chemicals problem left sometime inside

We bought some white paste yesterday; One bucket of them found very hard and rough.We generally meet our all pates need from them.This is first time it happened.

First sent someone to bring chemical

First sent someone from color section to bring chemicals.His name Mazharul Islam.Generally I never want to send them to the market for purchase; but sometime it's to do because of shortage work force.My Boss asked me to do like this.

Today Reflective Production Finished at night

Today Reflective Production Finished at night with the mercy of Almighty Allah we did it.But I'm afraid; will we be able to save air shipment? I'm in very afraid about this production; as it was to finish last month within 29th February.

Rested 10,000 pcs fabric we had to print. We had scarce of chemicals by name Glass beads (Reflective powder) from supplier. However, we got 1 kg powder miraculously with the mercy of Allah.And I made a plan and find out a percentage which by whole production can be finished keeping the quality OK.I made a percentage for Back moon print like(powder:paste)........ .5:95 and then front and back percentage was 35:65. After finishing the production 95 gram powder left.I had assumption it should have to be 105 gm.

My first time visit at "Cotton Comfort"

My first time visit at "Cotton Comfort" in Ashilia; I went there also to meet Mr.Moniruzzaman Khan who is working there.Cotton Comfort is a joint venture Auto Printing factory with Denmark.They are very experienced on 'Discharge Printing'. But they can do other printing like.....Plastisol, Rubber,Pigment,process etc.

However their factory is very qualified and well organized; they also import there chemicals from Denmark.For color marching they follow recipe system; this is very remarkable example in the Bangladesh context.I admit they can do it as their chemicals are all imported and they have same quality chemical,pigment color and pastes. Because if u have frequently change chemical and color then u can't do it.Pastes also a big factor for this; all rest same but suddenly paste got changed then problem will arise again.

Dysin Couldn't keep his word

I am in very serious pressure with 'Reflecting Printing'. Still I haven't got the reflecting powder .i.e. Glass beads. It was to come last week;they kept saying it is in Chittagong but now they are saying it hasn't come yet at Chittagong Port.What a terrible situation !! I can't explain.

Allah knows how should I solve this problem. I have no way; Only Allah can make out a way for me.

Boss gave me some new instruction..

He wants to avail color boy to bring the chemical from supplier.We are running our factory about 2 month fetching color and chemicals with delivery department people .i.e. actually they are not like this.We need a guy who can check the color shade and bring the chemical without any hassle with his own responsibility.i.e. hassle means who can confirm the shade ................... need not to go for second time.
And in color section we have some accounts about chemical consumption; I wanted an eduacated person who will be able to give us support about good accounting on chemicals uses and wastage.

Today resumed Reflective Printing Production....

Today resumed Reflective production after long interruption. Dysin could give me 1 kg powder which was brought from Chittagong. I wish we'll get rest chemical within this week.I am very afraid with this production; as Chemical fall ran short and I'll be the responsible for all bad thing ................as I didn't check how much they have store?

With 1 kg I'll try to do more production quantity than previous one.

I showed very bad temperament with

I showed very bad temperament with my one office mate.However he is my senior. Some time I can't control myself.Situation pushes me for doing it while the other ones never want to understand other pschycology. I was been ordered which was not my job.In my department there were very shortage of manpower. Only one person left he keeps very busy with long schedule and his work also very important as he has to buy production chemical.

He did some work for that senor person but he could to do all that work with other one.

Plastisol metalic prise hike again..

Plastisol metallic which we are using for 4 month; It's importer again increased it's price. It's 2nd time price increased within 3 month.Our supplier has understood that this metallic has potential in the market; so they increase it's price with many pretext.

My mother came home after long stay at.........

My mother came home after long time. She went my home district on the 7th December after SIDR.SIDR has attacked in our district also; our house and trees were greatly affected by it.I personally don't go to home district for 4 years; actually I don't get much time.............ha ha opportunity.
