Forest Sundarban :: Cruelly attacked by Cyclone..SIDR

Writer/Journalist Zia Islam his writing was very good and heart touching about 'Sundarban'.But it's in bengali language; so reader of other languages will not be able to read this articles about Sundarban.

I never been 'Sundarban' . But still I have a long cherished desire for visit it. I had it from my boyhood; but still haven't got the opportunity.

Apson color shade : Problem with it.......During production

We had a production for Mr.Shaheen .We went to the production very first without confirming the genuine Silver Apson for 29000 pcs Order Qty.I faced a great problem in middle of the production; that's shade is not making match.

4 Color on White fabric : We couldn't do

We had a sample development for 4 color on white fabric (Sample was very gorgeous and not easier); Genuine color for fabric(generally 4 color comes in good effect on white fabric).

But we had a big problem; we couldn't solve the problem.I went for Dysin to get any technical help,but they only suggest me make the color separation properly and make the 4 color shade according to pantone book, it's very important because it's effect come by dot. All over the world 4 color process is being done by this way...

However we couldn't done the printing properly;then we had to move for 'Rubber Process' never could to do 'Pigment Process'. For 'Rubber process' we print first a solid coating before all 4 color printing; then real print is done on after another according to color.

I myself should improve the skill abt 4 color.

White color can be changed by........

White color can be changed by........little modification. We was in a problem; It was white shade, but difficult to get the expected color. I was in little confused in this moment. Someone gave me suggestion to add some blue with the white paste.

Finally I got the shade with violet color.

First 3 days after getting married

Today I got back home from 3 days; It was first 3 days after marriage. My wife is not at home, she is at her father's house.

But this 3 days was very difficult for me; because I was very busy at office. I couldn't give most of the time there. I had to come office; and to back mosque after Esha prayer.I was in very tense.

During this month of the year we get much busy.Allah knows what will happen abt me for 4 days.Ive to go there...........

I was with a great problem today............

The problem is.............We had a production from 'Signet'; It was High density printing. The colors which are used from Sericol; and sample also was approved by Sericol.

But at the beginning of the production; I was informed that with this color this production can't be run.I already bought a big amount of Color; and color were very expensive.You see !! in this situation what you can do? Because I'll be blamed for .............................

I got DB Bank ATM card

I opened the account last month, and got the ATM card last week; Could to check it today. I got relief that I haven't use BRAC Bank any more. It's a real fucker bank; fucking it's customer.

They only know how to make money never think about to give support their customer.Very rare ATM booth they have, but DB Bank have more than 265 booth all over in Bangladesh.

BRAC NGO grows from interest making business from the beginning; so their heart can't be big.

We stayed together for 17 days .....

After our marriage; we both lived together for 17 days.It was a new idea in my life staying with a woman. But what i had thoughts about it before marriage; it was not much exciting.

But it is different feeling; Allah gave those who are free of those bad habit like ....................living together. It's a style of beast in updated western and eastern society. But who led their life free from those bad idea they get rare idea from each marriage.

Cyclone SIDR : Attacks in Bangladesh

The Cyclone Sidr apparently held the real degree of its destruction in store for the nation until yesterday, four days into the catastrophe, with the government gradually raising the death toll to 2,300 and Red Crescent fearing causalities as high as 10,000


About one fourth of the four lakh plus hectares of forest area of the world heritage site, the Sundarbans, has been damaged by Cyclone Sidr, according to a primary assessment of the forest department.

SUNDARBANS TAKES THE BLOW
The south-eastern part of the world's biggest single unit of mangrove forest sustained the main blow of the cyclone, saving human lives by slowing down the nature's wrath.

The forest department however has yet to get a total picture of the damage inflicted upon the wildlife of the forest that provides livelihood for more than two million people. So far the department has found only 23 carcasses of deer, along with two human bodies. Till now, the department has found no evidence of death of any Bengal Tiger.

We need to have an idea about Chemical Consumption

This is to be achieved to get a genuine idea after seeing a print how much chemical can consume it. Still I'm not expert on it.

Plastisol Matt Ink : Still have to test

I went to visit a Chemical Company and got some new idea about Plastisol matt ink.For first time I saw Plastisol matt ink effect.

It's effect was absolutely good and very good in feelings. I wish it will provide us some oppurtunity to have better result in future.

Tomorrow is My Birthday

Tomorrow is my birth day. It reminds me I've to go back. I don't know whether I'll back with happiness or not? It reminds us to be backed someday with all my good and bad deeds.

Nobody is free from those thoughts ; I'll be asked there...................for all my deeds.
