Pigment COLOR shade making problem

We had problem pigment print production.It was about it's shade.Our one buyer asked us to make production like this shade; it was black but problem arose while they want more deeper black shade.
Because as you made much deeper black shade then there'll have great opportunity for color goes out during washing.So we were not interested but our customers are insisting; it's really disgusting ................................they don't understand.

Discharge Chemical

I need some better Discharge chemical which will show good performance as our customers want.Auto craft provide me a Discharge Paste I had to check it.But we used this kind of chemical previously.

Sticker Print :still I am looking for better chemical

For long time I'm looking for better chemical for 'Sticker Print'.I tried many times with different chemical but they are not good; what i want.Transfer is an important factor for good sticker print.If your ink get good but paper not good then it's very tough to get good work.There's many kind of transfer paper

Arises problem with mesh

Arises problem with mesh;I am speaking about Mesh fabric.In our factory we are using different kind of mesh for different work.From 90 to 200 mesh.But problem while other person says without knowing about the mesh count.

In our factory for plastisol production here used 90 or 110 mesh.But whole world for plastisol production use high mesh count like 180 or 200. I asked to the Dysin technical person they also gave me same answer.They also suggest me that for high density use 110 or 90 mesh. But our factory production related person always want to use in each palastisol production 90 to 110 Mesh count.They also complain this is how color can't penetrate through the mesh; it takes much time for production. My question then how rest of the world can?

I want to write in wikipedia; but still I don't know how edit a page going in wikipedia.About one and half year ago I opened a account in wikipedia. But I could not avail the account.

Safer birth giving is the mercy of Allah

100% There's no confusion about there.Allah does everything; you never know what's going to happen there?.How much you can see through ultrasonography (pregnancy profile). Nobody can give us confirmation the baby is developing inside the womb whether it's all organ's are developing or not.Can be twin and both head can be jointed together.Oh !!!! What has in human being hand? Even everything OK but mentally can be handicap then what can we do? Who can solve this? Even can be blind in birth,can be dump ................................or any mishap can be happened.

What can do here advance medical science.Nothing can do.Allah has store of most advance diseases in His hand which are coming in future.But all miseries what's coming to the human being and universe it's all our achievements.Because if human being does misdeed then Allah sends little punishments for them. You see, AIDS name of a fatal disease now but it invited by human being; some doctors of USA they pushed AIDS virus to some prisoners as experimentally(on this condition they got free from jail) to see what happens it with human being because previously it was monkey's disease .Generally those prisoners got free and they had to sex without knowing all this is how now AIDS for the human being.Who is responsible for this?
Does Allah ask doctors to do it? Never He did.

However I'm saying about safer birth of baby.It's absolutely in His hand; we just can be careful and to follow the doctor's advice.But that will happen what He wants.

For this our elders asked us to do some Amal(good deed ) according to Islam.That's are as follows.

Problem arises with a dot meatalic printing; metalic printing where is Dot. I am confused how can I solve this problem? Because there's some anti action.

To print with Apson metalic we need low count mesh and for dot print exposing we need high count mesh (i.e. 180-200)in this case how can I solve both problem I don't know?

Shaheen Glitter printing.........

There're 2 glitter in this printing. One is Rambo glitter the pink one and another one is silver glitter in grey color.Shaheen's printing always takes much glitter than estimated.As a result we had to fall problem.

Abarth Apson Printing....

This production was done with 'Apson' .It was finer apson.Because thicker apson will have not good quality and finishing.However we did it with the fine one.See the sample below.We had this production on white and black fabric. In each fabric we had to print with a clear coat; then on it Apson printing.To keep the brighter apson feelings in eyes.
We did the production with 30 gm Apson in each 250 gm GBT.
