Some Reason might have behind the killing of Benazir..

I know nothing about Politics. But wiser person says about killing Benazir, they guess that USA might have great role for killing her, not Al-Kaida or Mosharaf.

They said there're 3 reasons for killing her, like....1.Usa want to control on Pakistan Atom Bomb;they always afraid that a muslim country will have atom. 2.Usa want to make a base in Pakistan; they want to have US soldier in Pakistan ;to find out Laden, but all those are Pretext like Iraq Invasion.They just want to snatch Atomic weapons .3. To please Israel and India. Many more might have.

USA wanted to have an oppurtunity to create pressure on Pakistan. This is the peack time and they made it for their own.Because Mosharaf now such a position he can do anything for surviving
himself from allegation of killing Benazir and to tackle critical situation of Pakistan after being killed
Benazir.Now it's to see how Pakistani lost their Atomic bomb; Like Iraqi became stranger in their own country and missing their all mineral resources.

This is the first in Pakistan history some of them said 'SORRY' for their brutal genocide in 1971.Being a Muslim nation can't do it with other Muslim; may be they enemy.Islam doesn't teach that; our prophet(pbuh) never said like this.Whenever he had sent any troops, he always ordered never to kill baby,women & old man.But Pakistan Army they did all, not only killed the women but also raped thousands of woman in brutal way.

Allah never likes oppressors; and Allah hears oppressed peoples pray if they become non Muslim.It was from Allah; Allah taught Pakistan with armed less Bengali. I hate those if Muslim oppresses others because by this they are inviting punishment of Allah.

However, I'll give thank to those journalists who could create honest venture by their work.Thank you again.

Black Plastisol print is not easier........

In our factory a production is running by Black plastisol on red fabric.After little start of production I was informed that this black plastisol color not do; I got astonished is there any required for shade making or other things. But printers told me that it's very loose .i.e. (you see the left side image "text" dot on letter i ) it covers the text; this is why they are unable for continuing their production with this black plastisol.

I had no idea how can I solve this.

Estima it happened at Tongi in Gazipur. This is the first time ever 'Dhaka District' Estima arranged in Bangladesh.The biggest estima, people call it 'Bishwa Estima' is arranging in Bangladesh each year. Many foreign Muslim brothers come there.

Our factory open from today.After 5 days Eid-ul-Azha vacation factory got rhythms again.And if nothing happens unwanted situation then we shall have no vacation like untill Eid-ul-fitir comes.

We did some samples for Mr.Akkas. It was very expensive; his customer pressurize him for those samples before Eid.They want to send those for testing; looking for APEO free printing.

We did it; and specially I took special care for printing those samples.

Yes,Eid-ul-Azha came again.Some day I have to leave from the earth and then I'll not be able to enjoy the day.

Plastisol Color : Bleeding

Very cruel news; it happened today. I had no idea how can I Solve it? I was thinking it might be happen by curing or Kerosine. But I haven't got any smeel(kerosine) of it.

Sometime i thought it might be happen through curing by much heat (190+ degree). I reduced the heat but changed nothing. Lastly I phone Mr. Monir because color what we are using it's from them.He was surprised it never can be happen.

Plastisol Printing wet on wet : Is it Possible?

Mr.Monirul Alam; The technical person he told me it's not possible in manual printing.Yes, there're some palstisol color which are convenial for wet on wet printing. But those printing can be by machine.

But in manual print it is imossible wet on wet print.Color will peal up with frame and will make great problem.

Special Effect Plastisol ::

To get special effect from the plastisol there're many auxiliaries, but you have to find out the right one for you. They're Thickner,thinner,extender base,gel,plastisol puff,metalic etc.

But me personally haven't got any good thickener which I can use in production.I bought a thickener from Dysin it's was 5000 taka per kg; but haven't got any benefit from it, I used them with OP color group.Another thickener from Union Ink same result found, very often I found it color makes more loose. i.e. decrease viscosity but we want to increase viscosity.

Thinner is available all supplier have thinner but not correct thickener. What's they have not give any good result or supplier couldn't give us informations how can we use those thickener .i.e. application procedure.

Today my parents going for our village home. Last 15 th November; Our house and gardens got effected by Cyclone SIDR. Our house collapsed and all trees got root out from the SIDR.

White Plastisol for High Density

We had a big problem with white Highhdensity Plastisol.After printing it's found
printing getting cracked; Very crucial/terrible problem.

I was in a fix, what should i do? because the ink which is being used it's most
expensive from Sericol.I was not getting other way to solve the problem.My Boss asked
me to identify the problem; why it happened?I had no idea where from shold I start?

However, I made some sample (4pcs) with same white & other Inks which are given to
the floor for production, I printed on same Black fabric.Because I wanted to see ;
is there same problm again arise or not?.If problem arises again then I must say; my
color/ink has problem.And if not(problem not come); then I must say there's problem
during printing or production.

And after curing those 4 samples; I found no problem, cracking nothing, very smooth
and shiny effect which were not found in our production.The problem what's identified
after the printing;it was not cured properly with hand dryer.That's main problem.
Even some print found which had been cracked before sending into the Conveyor belt.
.i.e. bottom & top level dried but middle of the printing(High Density)it never cured
properly.

Dot Print : New Idea

I had a sample; I was confused what's the print it is? I knew from Mr. Monirul Alam it's called 'DOT PRINT'. As much as dot gets higher then it's better to print with machine not manual. He told me that for 'Color Seperation' a software used by name 'Vuwrite.'

For dot print Color separation is a big deal; then special chemical with 4 color matching.Auto machine will give you good performance during 'dot print' and for 'multi color discharge printing'; because they need 4 color.Color itself vary with squizzer expression. And during manual print it's happen easily

White High Density Color : Facing Problem........

We are having big problem with white High Density printing. Printing is getting cracked.And was not fixed properly.

I am in confuse how can I solve the problem; because I'm using the best color/ink of the market.

Visit : New Chemical Company

I had a Visit there; MD of that chemical company request us to have a visit there.They had some chemical like ..............exposing chemical,Plastisol,Transfer paper etc.

I got some sample for testing. If it's quality get good then we'll move for it.

Holiday : While turns into working day

It's really disgusting.And if it gets regularly then it's inhuman.

Installation a Printer :I found myself Very disgusting .............

I was requested for Installation a printer. I found myself in very disgusting situation. I tried several times for it but failed. Sometime 'Restart' Port Change' CD driver change,etc.

Lastly I changed the Installation process; I went for manual Installation.Usb port is detected as File.But even then it was not getting Installation. I was in afraid and confused; how can I finish it?

At the eleventh hour I got knew that main power cord of the printer is placed in a wrong 2 pin plug which was not working for long time.Then I changed the power cord whole and got expected result.Installation process is moving ahead.......
