Again I have lost my SIM card(grammenphone); might be it's 3 times.It's my very oldest number about 5 and half years older.I bought it only 5000 taka;this amount was nothing that time, it was a gloden deer then.Now same SIM'S price 80-100 taka.My mother generally use that SIM card. I never use ive other line.However it was my first SIM card so I registered it.
After missing the SIM on 13.02.08 I sent a mail to the Grameen Phone.But they didn't inform me anything about their action.However today again I withdraw the SIM card as I have registered the SIM and I've all the documents.
Today morning(15.02.08)I got a phone call from Grammenphone; I was asked am I Mizan or not?While answered Yes, he said, you sent a mail to us about ...............your SIM card stolen. I said, already I got a new SIM,but your support very slow.He said, sir you was to send a fax or send your signature to us for faster support.I'm not happy on their service.The person who stolen my SIM card could some bad using my number; but Allah helps me.Their action was to be more prompt.
