Our APEO free production is going to be finished; till today we finished about 1,12,024 pcs production.Still left 40 thousand pcs.I will get relief after finishing all quantity.

Might be it's going to be finished on the 6th February.

Reflective Printing: Printing that emits light........

Reflective Printing: Printing that emits lusture........while the light is focused on it.I myself didn't involved ever with this printing.We are going to do it's sample.So,generally it comes to me as I have to see the all technical work about printing.

We are going to have chemical on it; it's one kind of powder .........is called reflective powder.............. used with the Reflecting agent( paste).

This sample image is done with this paste and powder.I saw it's effect very lovely but on white fabric it's not clear.On dark fabric or other deep fabric it will be better I think.

We are just printed on the print as like 'Gel'. And I think it's economically profitable.

Shadding Foil:: We had fallen in a Problem

Last week we had a problem with Shading Foil.Our one marketing person show us a 'art work' where art work was looking like shading.i.e. somewhere was cloudy(not clear),some where was clear to look.We are sure this kind of Foil paper was not available in market.There's Matt foil paper in the market ............on the Golden and Silver color.

We were confused how to do it.Our marketing person who was also unable to give us an idea about those kind of Foil printing; and what their customer wants.

I was asked from my Boss to recruit....

I was asked from my Boss to recruit a person for my department.I don't know where is to get and how it is to possible full fill all kind of requirements.Although, I never before did it.I am .......

My boss assured me not to afraid. I am ...................... worried if the person is not get as their requirements then I might get responsible for that.

Kakrail Mosque:The 'Mosque' is known all over the world.

I went Kakrail Mosque today for visit; specially to look those 'Tabligi' elders who came from India & Pakistan.It's very heart touching to visit those elders.I'm not going there newly it's since 1992;I visit there generally in each month.

But 'kakrail Mosque' changed much what I saw it since 1992.It's not enough large to give support all the Devotees in different time.

I sent 2 books to my friend on Hajj

I sent 2 books to my friend on Hajj;he asked me about those book.He likes to go Hajj next year.I myself very intention for going Hajj.And to visit those sacred palace which is my long cherished desire.Each Muslim should have that.

Today(28.01.08)my friend replied my SMS , giving thanks as I had bought the book for him.

Biswa Ijtema: Couldn't finished

In an unprecedented incident, the three-day Biswa Ijtema, ostensibly the second largest yearly congregation of the Muslims, on the bank of Turag River at Tongi was cut short on its inaugural day yesterday due to an inclement weather that had caused deaths of at least three pilgrims.

The akheri munajat or the concluding prayers of this year's ijtema started at 7:55pm ending at 8:15pm yesterday instead of its schedule tomorrow.

Where we got the place for our tent was near 'station road to Kamarpara' link road.We had a tent; we dare to say it's one of the best tent for protecting rain.But Tent here had little support to protect us; actually in Ijtema Moydan land shape .i.e. somewhere it's high and somewhere is low,rough etc.And rain water always moves to downward.Fortunately our place was little higher than other ones. So rain water didn't stagnet inside our tent.And we were always prompt to take away those rainy water which were rolling down from our tent; we gathered them in some buckets and through them to the far place.

However, all praises for my Almighty we did all and selected our palace for tent and saved us from the rain.But most them tent's condition was very bad.But very few moved to leave the tent.During 'Magrib' prayer in Friday; the Boyan was delevereting by Maw Saad from India.Hearing his speech it's seemed to me different.I said to my Jimmadar that might be 'doha' tomorrow.Because Maw.Saad what's he was saying his bayan generally he says those in 'hedayat' speech.
Dramatically after finishing his bayan there's announcement like this,"Now we'll have doha".Get ready.We became very astonished, because it's a history for Ijtema to be 'Akhiri Doha' at night.

Arises problem during APEO free production......

Arises problem during APEO free production......that's clear paste suddenly informed me it's unavailable.I was in very tense hearing this.Because it's very difficult getting APEO free chemicals everywhere.

However,Allah saved me.Very often situation arises that I find no way for the solution; but then only my Allah, my Sustainer makes out way for me.I have no word for His 'Shukor'.

Today,I snapped my photo to be enlisted as a Voter.Actually I had not any interest about to be a voter.hey !! don't blame me.Never starts to seek what the reason behind it.I don't like voting in this way.With

In past there had an opportunity to give fake vote using my name; in this system it must me protected.However it happened with the mercy of Almighty. Accidentally I was in home while the voter information collector came our home, my father pressurize on me.

However, there's a vast potential using this latest database.In Bangladesh history this is first time ever a national database is being made who are eligible for voting. I think there's a positive sign if Bangladesh Police can use this Database for identify criminals. In Bangladesh prospect innocent people get harassments during investigation very often.In this Database each person will have ...photo,finger print,special mark, addres etc. in the database.I am happy seeing this effort by Bangladesh Government. Really good !!!!!!!!!!!!

We started APEO free production in 7th floor.I am afraid about ..................what and how they can support. Actually this standard printing is new in our factory.

Today We Starts APEO free production

Today We started APEO free production.Allah knows how long we can go.We are begging to Him for help us.I'm always in afraid; in my absence is there happening anything which is harmful for printing.

I'm going to take the risk for chemical choosing....

Yes, I'm going to do that................It's not good that made sample with one chemical and go to the production with other ones; it's most risky while the print will be tested under OKEO TEX Standard in Bureau Veritas .

Though the manufacturer has assured me that those pastes and auxiliaries are from those unwanted compounds like... Azo,Pathalets, Formaldehyde,Heavy metal,APEO etc.But my worry and thoughts for that I haven't submitted testing sample with it.

It's not good ......

It's not good .to hear.....that ,"no food,no money,no shelter ,no essential things in home.....
Man it's very disgusting to hear.Each one likes to hear .......ya it's have or stored.Generally human mind never like to hear negative word in this context.

Say, you are in the shop went to buy a toothpaste asked the shop salesman. is there toothpaste if he says 'yes' then we are happy; If he says 'no' then we are not happy.This is ........

We have decided to contiue that production.........OKEO TEX Standard

Today our Boss asked us to go production.He is not in Bangladesh about 1 Month. However he gave us instruction for those printing. I don 't know yet how much price has been finalized for it.Because it's some of expensive printing.

We have to use all Pastes, Pigment color's, Auxiliaries which all are APEO free. And during production printing will have special care for not to contamination.If ALLAH doesn't help then very difficult to avoid contamination. We are begging HIS help.

We passed for OKEO TEX standard for a Special printing.....

We submitted some samples as per our buyers recommended rules and conditions ; Today got the result, I had to go their office.We passed in the testing. It was very expensive sample, we had bought very costly chemicals,color & paste.But our customer is not like to give us the price what we expended for those.

In this case how can we start...........the production.I know nothing our MD will decide what should we do? I personally not interested for go production with this price.It has some very bad impact for our factory if we move for production....

Mainul, Tapan, Geeteara, Matiur go

Proving the recent speculations right, four advisers to the caretaker government resigned yesterday with only three days to go before the military-backed administration completes a year in office.

Law Adviser Mainul Hosein, Food Adviser Tapan Chowdhury, Health Adviser Major General (retd) ASM Matiur Rahman and Industry Adviser Geeteara Safiya Choudhury stood down on advice of Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed, said sources.

Mainul and Tapan said they quit as that's what the government had wanted. They met the chief adviser and tendered their resignation in the afternoon.

Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Syed Fahim Munaim told reporters that the four had resigned for personal reasons. He said the Chief Adviser's Office sent the resignation letters to the Bangabhaban yesterday.

Luminous Printing:The print which emit lustre in the dark....

I did it today.This is my first time it's printing effect.For this kind of printing you can use powder or liquid color. Powder is mixed up with the pastes and liquid color is just printed on the color as coating.i.e. you have to made the definite shade first; then coat the shade with this color.

Anyway today <17.01.08> started production ,"Glow in the Dark". I called Luminous printing.You see I had a problem with the color assessments.I guessed it will need 1kg color for 300 pcs production; but lastly I found it does 600 pcs per kg.This mistakes happened by my assessments through samples consumption actually after printing the color which was stuck with frame and Scquizer (Scabber) I never counted it, it's create the fault in my assesments. In future I should be careful about it.However the color what i bought it needed all ; rested 450 gm.

Pk fabric is it not congenial for loose plastisol?

Still i don't know about it.I wanna learn about it.Today I was informed that black plastisol which is normally loose; can't good print PK fabric. I don't know why?

I had to change Black plastisol for PK fabric.I guess PK fabric has whole ; so while the ink is printed some ink goes into the whole to close it, this is how ink surface finishing after printing is not good.It might leave some block on the printing. But if we increase printing time (Squezzer expresion) then it can be solved; another solution is left for changing chemical.

Dry glitter printing causes wastage much

We started a production today with white glitter; which is being printed without paste(Glue).i.e.after printing direct GBT; dry glitter is printed on it directly.It's causing wastage much about two third is being wastage.

I don't know how to solve it.Difficult situation first experiences on it.It failed my measurement about the chemical.And printing also very big.However now we are using an extra frame for gathering loose glitter while the printing fabric is pulled from the table; they just shake the fabric on it as much as can gather from wasting.

Still the production is running also today(12.01.08);and I found another disadvantage of dry glitter printing it spoils stickiness of 'Table gum'.After 3 or 4 round we have to use new table gum after wash.Very wasteful printing.

About 3 month my computer is not working; I had some work for

I am facing very plight situation on 'Foil Printing'

I had not ..............previous experiences ............................on this situation.I don't want to say that.But it happened with me.Only Allah saved me here.

He did it; I had no any way but Allah out a way for me to out.

It was very difficult to print on Rubber for FOIL paper.The problem arises that the 'FOIL' paper is got stuck with the 'Rubber'.I was very afraid how can I solve this?During sample we had modified special paste for it so that the Foil not stuck with it.But during production it started to happen.......................very unwanted situation.

Oh !!!!!!! I could remember that we did sample with different Foil paper; little thicker.But I bought it from another one & different Foil paper.I had no any Idea it will create such big problem.I was asked for buying newer Foil paper; you see it was very financial looser for company that means FOIL paper what I bought it will remain unused.

However, only Allah saved me.With the mercy of Almighty Allah we could to do it with same FOIL paper and production was that what we expected.We used such a peculiar process which I THINK nobody uses ever; what's that. That was after printing ............we put those printing on conveyor (you see !! after printing FOIL paste; but it was upside down).Taking it from the conveyor we printed FOIL paper on it.I was mazed how FOIL paper could printed on dry paste. ALLAH did, HE can do everything. This is how we did 6000 pcs production.

I beg to Allah; pls make better this year for me.If I die then I wish to die with Iman.Because Iman is the most valuable wealth between Sky and Earth.Nobody can buy Iman.

I never know when will come my ultimate time for death, only HE knows.I beg to HIM pls my lord give me Iman,Takwa,Tawakkul etc. in the new year.
