Arises problem with mesh

Arises problem with mesh;I am speaking about Mesh fabric.In our factory we are using different kind of mesh for different work.From 90 to 200 mesh.But problem while other person says without knowing about the mesh count.

In our factory for plastisol production here used 90 or 110 mesh.But whole world for plastisol production use high mesh count like 180 or 200. I asked to the Dysin technical person they also gave me same answer.They also suggest me that for high density use 110 or 90 mesh. But our factory production related person always want to use in each palastisol production 90 to 110 Mesh count.They also complain this is how color can't penetrate through the mesh; it takes much time for production. My question then how rest of the world can?
