High Density Plastisol printing : Their auxiliaries...........................

High Density Plastisol printing : Their are many auxiliaries ...................like .....Reducer,Extender Base,High density clear,High density puff etc.

I specially looking for good auxiliaries which will help us to make good high density printing. I have very bad expereince with 'High Density' printing; we had a production in December 07,we did it for one month. But i looked for many supplier for good auxiliaries which will increase 'viscosity' but what i got can't give good result. From our production floor i had to hear continuous problem,"we need hard plastisol". What i bought from the 'DYSIN' it's couldn't support me for the production. Then i had to skip for harder plastisol to continue the production.

But my though was, is there not such auxilairies which will help us to make harder loose (.i.e. which has low viscosity)plastisol.Wherever i got information they have very chemical i collected it failed in the long run.

Plastiosl Reducer------ It's action is to decrease the viscosity and to make the color more loose.

Extender Base--------- It 's used for increase viscosity and stretchability.

High density Clear---------Also used to increase viscosity.

However I never use High density clear; this is my first time saw and relatively result was better than other 2 .And I made a sample today with the same previous high density frame.I use a palstisol color which was loose than other ones ....i.e. however got some bagus effect.Itu bagus saya fikir.Saya memberikan satu photo printig itu dengan kimia
High Density Clear dari saya bili; mareka asked me use 50% clear dan 50% color.Mizan LIHAT itu bagus with the mercy of Almighty.

But good 'High Density' printing is to called that which is not peal off while it's tried by finger nail. Some "high density" you'll see easily can be removed from the fabric after curing like transfer printing.I wanna solve it.How can it possible?
Do you have any idea?If you have pls help me.
