This is first time of our factory 'Crack Printing' is going to be introduced here.Today I collect chemical and sample later got approval for production about 45,000 pcs order quantity.
Dysin provide us a chemical by name, "Crack binder -812" . I was asked that only with the binder print is done............. if the needed color then make color the binder with the pigment and use Oxal as fixer.We did, but we haven't got good effect with only 100% crack binder. We made a coating under the print with M-60 (single expression)and got the good effect.However, I'm happy as we are going to introduce a new printing in our factory.Our printing thickness not high; I say normal printing like 'Rubber'.But it's good to look and easily shown while the printed as High density.Lower mesh count(110-90) is better during 3D printing.

'Hyup Jin' also has this kind of chemical but never tested those; though I've intention for doing.
