I never Imagined such a big problem will arrive after at the finishing stage of production.Yesterday night my Boss phoned me at gave me a bad news that's our some production print is getting cracked after little stretch.
I am not 100% astonished, I knew it might happen; but for a style not for more than one.However coming in the office I heard from our Marketing Executive it's happening with 2 or 3 styles.The situation is that they had no other way to go again production because of very tight shipment schedule; I found there factory most of the print are already into the packet after making body.In this moment this problem identified from 'Bureu Veritas' inspection representative.My Boss asked me to go their office (customer office), I went there with our Marketing executive and I was shown about 3 styles printing are getting cracked.In each print there are 9 to 13 color, I found many color gets cracked after little stretch.I don't know why it happened; but in same print some color's were OK.I thought it might be through 'Curing' .i.e. curing was not properly ; so while getting back to the factory I took some 'Printing body' with me for extra curing to check.
