This is not like; Metallic Plastisol, but can give back up while Plastisol metallic is not available.Just coloring the 'Apson' with their special paste. And it will be water base as pastes are water base like GBT. However as basic color we can use 'Formoton' group and other ones.
But my suggestion it is better with 'Fluorescent' if you wish to get fluorescent effect .i.e. Neon color through the printing effect. But effect of 'coloring Apson' is not like metallic plastisol specially with offset paper press.
